Yeah so hi. As you may have gathered, I am in German again. However this time there is no teacher. I'm in her office doing coursework. Yeah, I am actually doing something this time. Just felt I should upload this poem as I wrote it for Drama, but I like it, so I feel I should show yous. =]
It's called...Madness? I don't know to be honest but I'm gonna call it madness now. Enjoy. =]
Slowly slipping under until I’m fast asleep,
My mind in the clouds, but with the pressure of the ocean deep,
The birds are flying backwards, and I think I’m on my own,
But over in the corner, I have my own clone,
As I start to approach it, it walks at the same pace,
Until we reach each other and we’re face to face,
It copies my every movement, simultaneously,
And then it disappears from right in front of me,
Time starts to move faster and the clocks all start to melt,
Then I start to remember the immense loneliness I felt,
Soon everything around me starts turning into slop,
The room keeps getting darker as if it will never stop,
When everything has melted, I am nowhere no-when,
I feel like I will never see the light of day again,
I don’t know what to do except to scream and yell,
But even if I did, who would there be to tell?
Everything I shout is echoed back at me,
And everywhere I look there is nothing I can see,
This feeling of fear just seems to never end,
But then I wake up, back in the institution again.
TADA. Not bad for in a lesson. I actually concentrated! =o
