Once upon a science lesson...

Helloo.

Two posts in one day; you lucky people. This is it. The moment you've all been waiting for. The upload of a brand new poem.
Oh yes ladies and gentlemen, I shall be uploading the poem I have written only today! It's not the one I was planning on I'm afraid. But it's a poem, and isn't that what counts? Of course it is!

As you may have guessed, I wrote this in science today. I know what you're thinking...'don't you take your GCSE's seriously!?' My answer is yes, I do, the poem was in fact inspired by the lesson. We were doing competition in animals, and this poem came about while watching an episode of Life. LOL. The funny thing is, I actually told my teacher that the lesson had inspired me, and he read the poem. He liked it. Yay me! He now wants a copy - so he shall get one. He also said he was going to give me a good behaviour managment. All that for not doing that I was supposed to be: watching the film.


It's called 'The fight for survival'. Enjoy and comment guys!

Sunbathing on the browning grass,

They sleep and clean themselves,

And in their groups they sit and watch

And wait – it’s in their cells,

Twitching ears and glistening fangs,

Visible as they yawn,

And in the hazy vapour waves,

The rumble of the floor is born,

It’s quiet buzz of the foreseen fight,

The blur upon the horizon,

Up-bought gravel blocking sight,

Brings alert to all the land,

Aggression about the vibrating terrain,

The herd – fur up on end,

Ears back, in a group they remain,

Attack just around the bend,

The chase is on – they start to run

Their vision blurred by the midday sun

The weight of paws – it weights a tonne

But who will be the stronger one?

The gap; it closes more and more

Up the rise of the lethal claw

Skin and flesh are ripped and torn

The blood-pool of the forest lawn.

But I assure you, I will get it up as soon as I can! Please do not hurt yourselves bouncing off the walls in anticipation, I cannot give up my time to hospitals in order to help you recover! If you really do bounce off walls when you hear my poems will be uploaded here - you may want to seek prefessional help; call the men in the white coats, they're nice, trust me! They give you special jackets that let you hug yourself, and they give you amazing rooms that actually have bouncy walls! Oh yes ladies and gentlemen! You will be able to bounce off walls, and not get bruises!

Morning

Heyy.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday with my other poem, I was going to, but I didn't. Children in need was on. And the internet was blocked in German. Bad times.

Anyway, happy Saturday! The weekend is here!

Now for my next poem. I wrote this the day after my last one, and I havn't written anymore since, so this might be the post before another longish break. But I'll try to avoid that happening and give it a go at writing another poem pretty soon.

Oh and, I'm past 200 blog views! Thanks for checking back so much people! But let's try and get it past 300 now, which means you can't give up on me. You gotta' keep coming back and checking for new posts, and keep sending this on, because if you don't the page views wont go up!

Back to the poem. This one's called 'What claws at the sky'. Took me a while to name it to bo honest. But that's what I came up with and it's quite good in my opinion. =]

These creatures and their bony arms,

Crooked dark and sinister,

Chained to them its skeletal hands,

Each with needy fingers,

Its body lost within the dark,

Consumed by the night time parasite,

Crippled with age while its arms,

Groan in the wind of the night,

Echoed cries it creaks and shivers,

Its fingers in position,

Ready to grip the passers by,

And claim the undeserving victim,

In the shadow of the glowing moon,

Illuminated by its touch,

The being stands tall and bare and broken,

And the night sky it does clutch.

Brand new poooem =]

Heyy strangers!

Guess who's baaack!? Yes..it is me.
And I have GOOD news! I have written a poem. TWO poems. Oh yes. Two brand new poems, that I wrote last night and this morning on the bus. I'm so cool! And I actually like them. WOW.
Shannon, now you can stop moaning at me that I havn't written a blog for so long. Because I am! =]
The poem is called 'The Clown'. Try and guess what it's about. Go on. Have a go. You don't know? Oh come on...are you really that stupid? It's about a clown! Godddddddd... =]

White-

His face on which his shining eyes stare

Riddled with tormented laughter,

The horror of smiling blood rubies as they glare,

Watching – waiting,

His devil horned downward hair

Representing what he is

The reoccurring nightmare,

Echoes off your walls

His intimidating laughter that he enjoys to share

Escaping from his painted lips

Through the smile that he bares

To hide his true intent of sin,

The evil hearted child scaring thing.

^_^ Scary right? Well, I think so annyway. You may have guessed by now that I'm not a fan of clowns. I mean no offence to those of you who aspire to become a clown. You're not all evil hearted child scaring things. Most of you are generally nice. I just find clowns scary. So if you are, or one day will be a clown, please only come see me when you look like you, and not a clown. Kthanks.

Now for an update on school work. It sucks. Got mocks in a few weeks. And I have a tonne of maths to do too. It's getting to the point where I'm snapping at everyone who talks to me because I'm struggling with maths.

Maths is really the worst subject I learn. Can't be bothered with it anymore. Not too long though, end of the year = end of maths. FOR GOOD. I feel bad for you guys who are taking maths as an A level.

New poem...

Heyy.

Ok, so I wrote a poem like...just now. To be honest with you I really don't like it. (dont tell me off char.=p) But seriously, I want honest opinions especially for this one. I need to know if I'm being stupid or not. Don't take this as an oppertunity to call me stupid as I shall NOT be amused... =[

The poems called 'Angels and Demons', so tell me what yous think. =]

Demons like to show their strength,

And so they show it all,

And in their packs they hunt their victims,

So they may hear them bawl,

While in the corner an angel watches,

Unable to halt the terror,

For alone he stands while they’re in many,

Foreseeing human error,

And all around the angels stand,

One alone but all are great,

And together they rise and take a stand,

To create the better fate,

Shadow over the demons,

The devils pride and joy,

And strip them of their teeth and claws,

And confiscate their toys,

And the angels come together,

Just for one good deed,

To make the devil stand alone,

While the angels, together succeed.
